通过对问卷采用独立样本T检验、相关分析、回归分析等统计手段进行分析.结果表明:员工敬业度在不同人口特征变量上,如年龄、婚姻状况、性别和企业性质上存在差异.同时结果显示,组织支持感的三个前因变量——程序公平、上级支持、组织报酬和工作条件,与组织支持感显著正相关,可以有效地预测组织支持感知的产生,其中上级支持对组织支持感的预测力更大一些.另外,组织支持感及其前因变量都与员工敬业度正相关,并且可以有效地预测员工敬业度.而研究结果也证明,组织支持感在其前因变量与员工敬业度之间的关系中具有较强的中介作用.  相似文献

本文从品牌特性和消费者自身特点两方面出发,探讨品牌至爱的形成机制。具体研究与人无关的品牌特性(品牌独特性、品牌卓越性和品牌质量)和与人有关的品牌特性(自我扩展)对品牌至爱的影响,以及消费者自我概念塑造时的品牌借用倾向(BESC)和物质主义价值观对上述关系的调节作用。结果表明,品牌独特性对自我扩展具有重要的影响,而品牌卓越和品牌质量的作用并不显著;BESC负向调节品牌质量对品牌至爱的影响,物质主义价值观正向调节品牌卓越对品牌至爱的影响。  相似文献

In 2003, the UK government set up a broad-based Committee on radioactive waste management (CoRWM) to look at the UK's policy on radioactive waste management with a view to jumpstarting a stalled policy process. The committee's brief was to come up with a set of recommendations that would protect the public and the environment, and be capable of inspiring public confidence. After consulting widely with the public and stakeholders, and drawing on advice from scientists and other experts, CoRWM arrived at a remarkably well-received set of recommendations. On the basis of our experiences of working on CoRWM's multi-criteria decision analysis of different management options, study of CoRWM documentation, and interviews with committee members, we describe the explicit and implicit principles that guided CoRWM. We also give an account of the process by which CoRWM arrived at its conclusions, covering four phases: framing, shortlisting, option assessment, and integration; and four cross-cutting activities: public and stakeholder engagement (PSE), science and engineering input, ethics and social science input, and learning from overseas practice. We finish by outlining some of the key developments in the UK's radioactive waste management process, which followed on from the publication of CoRWM's report, and present our reflections for the benefit of the risk and decision analysts of future committees that, like CoRWM, are charged with recommending to government on the management of technically complex and risky technologies, drawing on extensive public and stakeholder consultation.  相似文献

Abstract

The collection and sharing of oral history is a growing area that libraries and archives are using to connect with their communities and document campus diversity. This column discusses opportunities for libraries and archives to include diverse and underrepresented voices in the historical record, highlighting the Wolf Tales project from the North Carolina State University Libraries, which was the topic of a talk by Virginia Ferris at the 2018 North Carolina Serials Conference. This column discusses that presentation and briefly examines oral history projects at several other institutions, providing perspective on the efforts to use oral histories to document campus and community diversity in the profession. Further resources for institutions interested in pursuing or growing oral history programs are also provided.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The importance of fathers' involvement in their children's lives is irrefutable. Supportive, warm, and positive involvement of fathers leads to children being well-adjusted. Indeed, involved fathers positively influence their children's cognitive ability, social behavior, psychological well-being, and educational achievement. For children in foster care, when fathers are involved they have significantly shorter stays in foster care than those whose fathers are not involved. For parents to demonstrate fitness to parent they must show the successful completion of goals specified in a case plan that promotes safety and permanence of their child. This cross-sectional study investigated how fathers' perception of social workers' attitude and practice skills was associated with fathers' understanding and confidence with regard to completing the case plan goals. A purposive sample of 56 child welfare-involved fathers completed the Child Welfare Father Involvement Questionnaire. The findings indicated that the more positive fathers perceived social workers' attitude and skills, the greater their understanding about the case plan goals and greater confidence to complete case plan goals. The results were statistically significant. These results have implications for child welfare training to build the social worker-client relationship in a compassionate manner while maintaining a rigorous assessment and monitoring of fathers' parenting capabilities.  相似文献

从组织沟通入手,研究正式和非正式沟通对工作投入的影响,并提出人际信任在组织沟通与工作投入关系间起中介作用。216份数据的实证分析表明,正式沟通显著影响人际信任。非正式沟通显著影响情感信任,对能力信任的影响不显著。人际信任在正式沟通与工作投入关系间起完全中介作用,但在非正式沟通与结果变量间的中介作用未得到验证。研究发现,当加入人际信任变量后,非正式沟通和工作投入的负向关系由不显著变为显著负向相关。  相似文献

Patient flow modeling is a growing field of interest in health services research. Several techniques have been applied to model movement of patients within and between health-care facilities. However, individual patient experience during the delivery of care has always been overlooked. In this work, a random effects model is introduced to patient flow modeling and applied to a London Hospital Neonatal unit data. In particular, a random effects multinomial logit model is used to capture individual patient trajectories in the process of care with patient frailties modeled as random effects. Intuitively, both operational and clinical patient flow are modeled, the former being physical and the latter latent. Two variants of the model are proposed, one based on mere patient pathways and the other based on patient characteristics. Our technique could identify interesting pathways such as those that result in high probability of death (survival), pathways incurring the least (highest) cost of care or pathways with the least (highest) length of stay. Patient-specific discharge probabilities from the health care system could also be predicted. These are of interest to health-care managers in planning the scarce resources needed to run health-care institutions.  相似文献

已有人的组织承诺和敬业度量表为基础,通过对涉农企业员工的深度访谈,设计涉农企业员工组织承诺和敬业度的调查问卷。运用多元统计技术,通过因子分析得出涉农企业员工组织承诺包含理想承诺、继续承诺、情感承诺和机会承诺4个构面,敬业度包括组织认同、责任心、活力、工作努力、任务聚焦、专注、价值内化等7个构面。就涉农企业员工组织承诺对敬业度的影响作了回归分析,发现理想承诺、情感承诺、继续承诺3个因子对敬业度的7个维度有不同程度的显著影响。  相似文献
